How do I place an order?

You can purchase packs through our online shop (this website). After checkout, your name is added to the queue and your packs will be opened live.

Can I choose which packs get opened?

Yes. You get to pick your choice of packs directly on this website, just like a traditional online shopping experience. The only difference being, your purchases are opened live and hit shipping to you.

Holding Bags (Bag System)

What is a holding bag?

A holding bag is where we store all your hits and cards from multiple streams until you’re ready to ship.

Why use a holding bag?

To save on shipping costs. Instead of paying shipping every time you order, you can keep your bag open and ship when you’re ready.

How long can I keep my bag open?

Most bags can stay open for 2–4 weeks. We’ll send reminders when your bag is reaching the limit.

How do I request shipping?

Purchase the “Ship My Bag” item from our store or message us during the stream. We will package and send your order once shipping is paid.

What happens if my bag gets too full?

If your bag reaches max size (or just gets too large), we’ll notify you and ask you to ship.

Can multiple orders go into one bag?

Yes. All orders under the same name/username are combined unless you request separate bags.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies by country and package size. We are based in Canada, so tariffs will apply if shipping to the US. Tracked and untracked options are available. Exact shipping costs are listed during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available, but customs rules and delivery times may vary.

Do shipments come with tracking?

Tracked shipping includes a tracking number. Cheaper options may not have tracking unless selected. In cases of lost package, we cannot hold responsibility of such situations.

Cards & Bulk

Do you ship all cards from my packs?

By default, we ship hits, reverse holos, and rares. Bulk (commons/uncommons) can be included on request. Extra shipping may apply for large quantities.

What if my cards are damaged?

We carefully sleeve and protect all hits. Damage during transit is handled case by case.

Can I combine bulk and hits across streams?

Yes. Everything goes into your holding bag unless you request otherwise.

Payments

What payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options depending on the platform.

Are orders refundable?

Packs that have been opened are non-refundable. If an order hasn’t been opened yet, contact us immediately.

Live Stream Rules

How can I see the queue?

We display the queue on-screen or update it in chat/Discord during the stream.

Can I request pack artwork?

We try our best, but specific pack art cannot be guaranteed.

Miscellaneous

Can I gift packs to another person?

Yes! Leave a note during checkout and we’ll label the bag and shout them out on stream.

Do you grade cards?

We don’t grade cards ourselves, but we can advise you on which pulls may be worth grading.

Do you buy singles?

We occasionally buy singles depending on which ones. Contact me directly for evaluation.
